Welcome
Prior to Starting Fisher Office Fitting in 2017 I had worked within the recycled office furniture industry for 9 years. I started as a sales person in 2008 for a new start up business selling the used office furniture that was acquired through commercial relocations. This business quickly grew and I was instrumental in the growth and running of the company albeit for somebody else. The great thing with the recycled furniture industry is your product knowledge must be vast. I have been used to dealing with items from a huge range of office furniture manufacturers from Herman Miller to Steelcase and Kinnarps. This industry has taught me not only how to sell furniture but how to price items competitively and manage client expectations. But it’s not just selling office furniture, Commercial relocations and the clearance of redundant furniture formed a huge part of my job role. These are often stressful times for a business so it was my job to make these projects run as smoothly and as stress free as possible.
